Ingredientes:
115g mantequilla pomada
200g azúcar moreno
5g sal
55g huevos
8g levadura quÃmica (tipo royal)
160g harina
5g especias (canela, clavo, cardamomo, nuez moscada)
English version
Well for now I'm taking a little time to bake a little thing around here and this time it occurred to me to make some cookies since they are good for breakfast or snack.
I made these with a special touch of spices, it is a mixture sold for cookies here in England that has cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom and is widely used in typical Christmas desserts.
The children of the house where I live loved them and they asked me a lot and also a few are in the package that I sent to my AIG (Invisible Gastronomic Friend) this year. I hope you like it and that you endure the trip from London to Spain well hahaha.
Chocolate and 5 spices cookies
Ingredients:
115g butter softened
200g brown sugar
5g salt
55g eggs
8g baking powder
160g flour
5g mix of spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg)
200g drops of milk and dark chocolate
Elaboration:
- Mix the butter with the sugar and beat until blanched (in a robot better the accessory of the shovel).
- Gradually add the eggs over the butter mixture.
- Mix the flour, the spices and the yeast and sift. Add the salt.
- Add the powders little by little on the mass. We put the dough in fil and make an elongated roll trying to make everything regular, round and of the same thickness. Freeze.
- Preheat the oven to 175º. We cut discs half a centimeter thick and put them on a tray with baking paper quite separated as they will expand. Bake 14 minutes and leave to rest on the tray outside the oven for 10 minutes, we put them on a rack until they cool completely.
We can keep them well for a week or two in an airtight box. I hope you like them !!
