• 150g oreo cookies
• 50g melted butter
• 60ml cream
• 90g black chocolate

• 200 g white chocolate
• 200 ml cream (+ 50 more to mix with gelatin)
• 5 g of gelatin sheets

• Prepare a ring or silicon mold (if we can ride it with acetate will be easier then unmould it, otherwise have to spend a knife around the sides or heat the ring with a torch a little). We chop very fine oreo cookies and add them to the melted butter.
• In a saucepan put the cream to boil, remove the pan from the heat and add the melted chocolate. Stir and let it cool slightly. Add the mixture to the base of oreo. Put the mixture through the mold base and sides.

• Hydrate the gelatin in cold water, Melt white chocolate in a saucepan and heat cream 50g.
• Add the gelatin to the hot cream, stir gradually adding the cream to white chocolate.
• The rest of the cream and add cold ride white chocolate (must be still warm, about 34 ° C to solidify the gelatin and let no lumps). Fill the mold with oreo base and let stand in refrigerator at least 3 hours (best overnight). Unmold and garnish to taste with for example raspberries, white chocolate, minioreos ...

Chocolate CheeseCake

Dejar reposar a temperatura ambiente 30 minutos. Riquisima para pequeños y grandes!
Esparcir por encima de la tarta y decorar al gusto (yo le puse gominolas pero podéis ponerle frutos rojos, o lo que queráis).

Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

20 Oreo cookies

2 butter spoons

800g cream cheese

1 cup of sugar

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

200g milk chocolate

4 eggs

150g dark chocolate

150ml whipping cream

Elaboration:

Preheat the oven to 180º. Grease mold.

Crush the cookies. Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies. Spread over the cake mold.

Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.

Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave, being careful not to burn it. Let cool.

In another bowl mix the cheese with the sugar, flour and vanilla until everything is well integrated.

Add the chocolate to the mixture. Then add the eggs one by one.

Pour the mixture into the mold over the cookie base.

Bake 55 minutes-1 hour, until it comes out clean when punctured.

When removing it from the oven, it is advisable to separate the walls of the cake a little so that when it cools it does not crack. We let the cake cool to room temperature and when it is no longer hot we store it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Then for the ganache, heat the cream in a saucepan until it boils.

Add the chocolate, let it rest a little so that the chocolate melts but not too much so that it does not get cold. Stir well.

Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

Spread over the cake and decorate to taste (I put jelly beans but you can put red fruits, or whatever you want).
